The contract concerns the following:

I. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Article 1 The EXECUTOR is obliged to give the ASSIGNER information about real estate/s/, offered for sale, and the ASSIGNER must pay the EXECUTOR a bonus.

II. PRICE. WAY OF PAYMENT

Article 2 The ASSIGNER is obliged to pay the EXECUTOR a bonus for the service mentioned in Article 1 at the extent of ....................................................................., and no less than ................................................................................... for the conclusion of a preliminary contract for sale;
Article 3 The bonus mentioned in Article 2 is paid no later than the day of signing of the preliminary contract; it is paid in cash at the pay-desk of the EXECUTOR, or on bank account.

III. OTHER DECREES

Article 4 When the ASSIGNER decides to buy a particular real estate of those mentioned in part IV of the contract, he/she is obliged to inform the EXECUTOR within three days; the EXECUTOR stops distributing information about this address and is obliged to prepare a preliminary contract for sale between the ASSIGNER and a buyer, supplied by the EXECUTOR.
Article 5 The EXECUTOR takes no responsibility for possible changes of the information given to the ASSIGNER, when the EXECUTOR has been informed incorrectly.
Article 6 If a third person, connected to the ASSIGNER in any way (wife/husband, relative, person living with the ASSIGNER as a family member, open or hidden client, etc.) concludes a contract for a real estate about which the EXECUTOR has informed the ASSIGNER, the latter is obliged to pay the EXECUTOR a PENALTY at the extent of ........................................
Article 7 If the ASSIGNER does not fulfill correctly the debt for bonus payment, the above mentioned owes a delay PENALTY at the extent of ...................................................., until the complete payment, but no less than the doubled extent of the agreed bonus. The delay penalty is paid first, and after that the capital.
      Par.1 In the terms of this contract, information is a report, specifying a real estate, offered for sale, like: kind /flat, cottage, house etc.), square surface, location, price.
      Par.2 The information can be given to the ASSIGNER in oral or written form. The performing of a joined inspection of the real estate by the ASSIGNER and the EXECUTOR is also considered a kind of giving information.
      Par.3 For all the cases described in the previous paragraph, a report is filled in part IV of the contract, which has to be signed by both sides.
      Par.4 If the ASSIGNER refuses to sign the report, mentioned in paragraph 3, this refusal, as well as the fact that the EXECUTOR has given information, is certified by the signature of one witness.
Article 8 The current contract can be terminated if the ASSIGNER does not choose any of the real estates indicated by the EXECUTOR.

The current contract is formed in two identical copies, one for each of the contracting sides.
