Adventure Tourism

The people looking for relaxation, challenges and friends in the countryside, should choose one of the many tourist programs combining traditional mountain tourism and different elements of extreme sports. If you have never taken part in a real adventure so far, you can set off for winter passing in the high mountains that include walking through canyons, past waterfalls, climbing down into abysses, visits to unlit caves, journeys with bicycles, and many other difficult and dangerous actions.

Adventure tourism is the most dynamically developing tourist sector. Its most enthusiastic fans are among the youths and the people with stressful jobs, for whom it is really important to communicate with nature, and preferably to combine this communication with certain activities or sports.


Adventure tourism includes various activities and sports: yachting; underwater fishing and underwater archaeology; a ride in fast-running water on an inflatable boat; adventure, mountain and road cycling; horse-riding; survival programs; climbing with a mountain guide; different kinds of mountain passages and so on, and so on.

Most of the adventure programs do not require any special physical or technical preparation on the part of the tourists. Volunteers can also get involved in special programs for uniting business company groups.
